He was the only person who helped me on the path train platform when others were dismissive of a woman who appeared drunk but I knew she was having a medical episode and had to stop her from falling off the platform. Primo as he introduced himself later was the one who went and found a police officer for this woman while I fed her fruit to help her sugar go back up. He treated this woman with concern and kindness and spoke with the police with confidence. No one else was helping this woman except me and Primo and I never got to tell him seeing this kindness towards another gave me faith in humanity. That was in 2014.
